Air drying epoxy paints series (YE SERIES)

Sanne Yekta's air drying 2 component epoxy paints are very suitable for use on  surfaces which need chemical acid, alkaline, abrasion, water , solvent, and oil resistance and with high adhesion, they are applicable on different metal cement and wooden surfaces. For application of these paints on metal, the surface must be completely clean and free from any pollutants, generally, it is better to have them sand blasted. On applying of the paint on cement and wooden surfaces there is no need for under coats. These paints can be applied by spraying and brushing.

Epoxy paints are composed of 2 components, which have to be mixed as mentioned and applied at least half an hour after being mixed and finished before the end of the pot life.

The drying time depends on the temp & it accelerates by increase of the temp.

Drying time for these paints in 50 micron thickness : surface 1-2 h, tack free 2-3 h, through drying 5-6 h, and complete dryness for chemical resistance 3-4 days. 

Usable in Industrial machineries, tanks & refinery & power plants facilities, drinking water containers, home appliances, furniture, flooring, lap equipments & on steel, alum, galvanized, wooden & cement surfaces, in terms of  high chemical solvent & water resistance (anti corrosion paints)
