Features:

1)Technical Index:

a) Base: Thermoplastic polyurethane.

b)Appearance: Clear or light yellow viscose liquid.

c)Viscosity:3500±300cp in 23˚C by Brookfield RV DV-ІІ+PRO,Spindle 5,50RPM

d) Density:0.87± gr/cm³ in 25˚C

e)Solid content:17.3%±0.5

f) Color: White translucent.

g)Dilution:Acetone,MEK

2) Characteristics:

a)Non-yellowish

b)Benzene free and none toxic

c)Strong early – stage viscosity

d)High heat durability

3) Instructions:

a) Clean: grase,smirch,rust,moisture of the contacted surface must be cleaned off, surface of bamboo, leather or rubber must be matted. Rough surfaces must be smoothed.

b) Shake: shake well before used in order to gain the best effect of viscosity.

c) Brush: brush or spray on to two surfaces need to be stick together.

d) Airing: wait for 10 to 15 minutes after brushing.(depends on temperatures, evaporation of solvent surfaces should be wormed up to 60˚C and joined until the condition is proper to agglutinate.

e) Agglutination: add pressure or tapping for the super viscidity.

Note: On very absorbing surfaces, it can be need adhesive twice.

f) Application tools: brusher,roller,shaver.

3)Applications:

Typical application areas are shoe soles made from PVC,PU and rubber to natural and synthetic leather.

4)Storage:   

 a) Maintain under the room temperature for 1~3 day will be helpful to reach the best viscidity effect.

b) Storage condition:

i) Store in cool, dry and ventilated places.

ii) Keep out of reach of children.

c) Period of validity: 12 months.

5)Notes:

a)Adhesive contains volatile solvent and is easy to burn. Please keep it away from fire and make sure the construction site is well ventilated.

b)To avoid the yellowish caused by chemical reactions of the product and shoe materials, the product must be maintained on the contact surfaces. In any case of dripping out of contact surfaces, it must be cleaned immediately.

c)During the application procedure, the room must be maintained ventilated according to the national safety policies.

d)In case of skin contact wash away immediately.
